Corrective Postural Exercises & Brain Training

We will teach you specific stretches and exercises designed to help stabilize adjustments so that your body heals. These exercises may be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Through postural exercises, you will be able to strengthen the body using proper posture, which will help you hold your adjustments and heal. If our neurological exam findings identify specific brain weaknesses, we will offer functional brain training rehabilitation in our office. Patient-specific exercises are key to re-training the body and the brain.

Chiropractic For Infants, Kids, & Teens

Erchonia Low-Level Laser Therapy

We are proud to bring Erchonia's low-level light therapy (LLLT) to Sheboygan County!
