"I started to have trouble going up steps and walking. I knew if I didn't get help I'd be in a wheel chair. I had back surgery in 2007. Four discs in my lower back were fixed. I got better and was doing really well. I over did it, and then I was using a cain to walk. I quit exercising and had steroid shots in my hips. After that it got better... In January 2009 I started to need help again with going up steps, and I couldn't walk very far. I also have Fibromyalgia and have had it for over 25 years."
